Former Indian skipper MS Dhoni was criticized by man for his slow batting in the recently concluded T20I series against New Zealand with many like former Team India players Ajit Agarkar and VVS Laxman telling Dhoni to hang his boots in the shortest format of the game. Dhonir eacted on the matter in a gentle and respectful manner which won the hearts of many yet again. He further said that the biggest motivation is to play for the country and nothing else. He added that there is no other better honour to represent your country on an International platform. Dhoni faced the wrath of the fans after the second T20 International against the Kiwis last week which India lost by 40 runs. Despite scoring 49 off just 37 deliveries, he was guilty of playing too many dot balls early on in his knock which kept the fluent Virat Kohli away from the strike. Amidst all the harsh criticism, the skipper Kohli and coach Ravi Shastri backed the veteran strongly and termed him as one of the best going around in the World. MS Dhoni usually stays away from the media in the middle of an international series.
